How it works?
Relamii Bottle is made up of 6 layers of high density-pvc and covered with an extremely soft flannel in our signature Relamii coral colour.
Simply plug in the included charger and allow 8~12 minutes for the bottle to heat up (depending on your environment temperature).
Now you're ready to remove the charger and enjoy 1~4 hours of warmth (depending on your environment temperature).
WARNING - HOT WATER BOTTLES CAN CAUSE BURNS. AVOID PROLONGED DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN.

Stop looking for the perfect hot water bottle/Heatpack - you’ve found it!
I’ve had endo since I was 13 and have gone through so many hot water bottles and heatpacks over the years. While they do the job, they are often coarse fabric/material and uncomfortable to wear and of course I need to reheat them or fill them up every 30mins or so. Relamii changes EVERYTHING! It’s soft material, can be held or worn through the body strap, and stays so warm for so long. I just charge it up for 10min max and then I’ve basically got a hot water bottle I can use for the next 4 hours. I use it for cramps, for endo aches, stomach pain - everything pain related! BUT you can also use it just for general heating - my boyfriend charges it up and then uses it to warm the bed up overnight! We also use it when we go for icy beach swims in the winter morning - charge it up quickly before we go and then keep it in the car for afterwards to help warm us up after. It is a gamechanger product. If you don’t own one already, you need to order it NOW!

I have endo / pcos / chronic pain / period pain, can I use Relamii Bottle?
Most definitely! Our Relamii Bottle is intended to provide temporary relief from menstrual pain, endo pain/flare ups as well as other conditions associated with chronic pain.
How often can I use my Relamii Bottle?
As much as you like ~ YAY! - Our Relamii Bottles have a smart temperature control component, the Bottle will not allow you to reheat unless it has reached a cool temperature. However, rest assured the heat is long lasting.
Can I sleep with Relamii Bottle?
No, we do not recommend sleeping with Relamii Bottle for multiple reasons.
1. You may roll over onto the bottle and increase risk of bottle bursting due to pressure.
2. WARNING - HOT WATER BOTTLES CAN CAUSE BURNS. AVOID PROLONGED DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN.
It's important to note that our electric hot water bottle should be used with caution, and appropriate care should be taken to avoid burns or accidents.
Can I travel overseas with it?
Relamii bottle is travel friendly in the sense that all you need is the bottle and the charger to use it (no microwaves or kettles).
Before travelling overseas or domestically via plane you must contact your airline and get confirmation from them as all airlines have different rules and regulations.
You must also take into consideration the power voltage of the destination country as some outlets may not be able to support our power wattage.
Also, you will need a plug adaptor for your destination country.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are.
Once your order is picked and packed (1-2 days), the journey from Relamii HQ to your front door begins. Orders overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
